Sauce with summer truffle 5% (tuber aestivum Vitt.).
The classic tartufata well known all over world for its taste and versatility.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. Once opened store in a refrigerator at +2°/+7°C and cover the surface with olive oil.

Suitable for: appetizers, first dishes, second courses, eggs and pizza.

Food matching: Perfect for preparing a simple spaghetti to passatelli or gnocchi flavored with truffles. Excellent as a sauce to accompany a fillet of beef. We suggest you try with pizzas, homemade pasta or tortillas.
