Who is the Data Controller

What personal data we process

3.2 Marketing activities on products and services similar to those already requested by the User

The Data Controller intends to process your personal data in order to send you commercial communications of products and services similar to those requested and offered by the Data Controller also through the Responsible subjects, appointed for this purpose pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR.

3.3 Marketing activities


The Data Controller intends to process your personal data in order to send you commercial communications relating to all products and services offered by the Data Controller also through the Responsible parties, appointed for this purpose pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR.

Purpose of processing: Sending of advertising material, promotion and sale of products, as well as surveys or market research and / or commercial communications.

How your personal data will be processed
The processing of your personal data will take place, in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, by means of paper, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and, in any case, with methods suitable for guaranteeing their security and confidentiality in accordance with the provisions laid down. from article 32 GDPR.

Subscription to our newsletter services takes place with the "double opt-in" method, so the email entered during the registration phase must be confirmed in order to verify that the user actually has access to it.

To which subjects your personal data may be disclosed and who can learn about them

Data of minors
The Data Controller does not process personal data of persons under the age of 16 for the purposes referred to in points 3.1 and 3.2 above.

The right to erasure does not apply to the extent that the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the ascertainment, exercise or defense of a right. in court.

right to limitation of treatment - article 18 GDPR: right to obtain limitation of treatment, when:

The above rights may be exercised against the Data Controller by contacting the references indicated in the previous point 1. The exercise of your rights as an interested party is free pursuant to article 12 of the GDPR.
