The Food Manifesto within TUTTOFOOD 2026's vision

One of the key themes surrounding the next edition is the Food Manifesto, presented as a charter of values for the future of food and as a shared framework for the more than 5,000 international organisations expected at the fair. Within this vision, food is seen not simply as a commodity, but as a value, a primary resource for individual and collective wellbeing, and a cultural element that can connect territories, businesses and markets. This approach takes on even greater significance in light of the UNESCO recognition awarded to Italian Cuisine and feeds into an international discussion set to involve companies, buyers, media and the scientific community throughout the event.

Against this backdrop, the Food Manifesto also broadens the conversation around the exhibition, positioning itself as a platform designed to encourage dialogue among the different players across the supply chain. Developed with the support of numerous institutions, including the Future Food Institute, and backed by major international agri-food organisations, the project aims to engage stakeholders worldwide around a shared and sustainable vision for the future of food.

The topic touches on issues that are already central to many businesses, from ESG investment and the promotion of local areas to supply chain credibility and the ability to respond to increasingly attentive demand. This also ties into the international profile that TUTTOFOOD continues to strengthen as a meeting point for business, industry professionals and different perspectives on the agri-food system.

The key figures for the next edition

The 2026 edition of TUTTOFOOD will cover 85,000 square metres of exhibition space - a 15% increase compared to 2025 - across a layout organised into 10 halls and 10 themed areas.

These figures are complemented by 100,000 expected visitors from Italy and abroad, more than 200 official conferences and 6 award ceremonies. Overall, the event is set to offer a broad overview of the sector, combining products and business meetings with content, in-depth analysis and specialised formats focused on the most relevant categories and trends.

This year too, the international dimension remains one of the exhibition's main pillars. According to updates released by the organisers, 80 countries will be represented and more than 4,000 top buyers from around the world are expected, many of them involved through ICE Agency's incoming programme.

These elements are complemented by a rich Fuori Salone programme, developed together with institutions and businesses, as well as the collaboration between Fiere di Parma and Fiera Milano, which in just two editions has helped position TUTTOFOOD among the leading international trade fairs in the sector.

The same framework also includes the collaboration with Koelnmesse, which has contributed Anuga's platform of expertise and international relationships. On this basis, TUTTOFOOD 2026 aims to further strengthen its global profile, with the goal of establishing itself as a trade fair hub for the international agri-food system, capable of attracting and connecting Italian and international supply chains.

More than 200 events and new appointments on the agenda

TUTTOFOOD 2026 will host more than 200 events over four days, with a packed programme of meetings and in-depth sessions covering topics such as market trends, supply chain relations, sustainability, innovation, international strategies, food safety, retail and out-of-home consumption. One of the highlights of this edition is the debut in Italy, during TUTTOFOOD, of official conferences promoted by organisations such as AIM (European Brands Association) and EDA (European Dairy Association). This further strengthens the exhibition's role as a space for discussion and professional updating for companies, buyers and operators seeking a clearer understanding of the changes reshaping the agri-food sector.
