The 2025 edition of Sigep World, The World Expo for Foodservice Excellence, promises to be an unmissable event for the global foodservice industry. Sigep World 2025 will host exhibitors from 33 countries, with a strong presence from strategic markets such as Germany, Spain, France, China, the United States, and Turkey. Demonstrating the event's international appeal, over 520 buyers from 79 nations have already joined the Top Buyers' Program, designed to facilitate networking between supply and demand. These include prominent players in foodservice, from gelato and restaurant chains to artisanal producers, importers, and distributors.
Additional attention will be given to Europe, with more than 2,500 buyers involved in the Premium Program, coming from countries such as Spain, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.
A major innovation in this edition is the Guest Country project, which will spotlight Saudi Arabia. This emerging market is positioning itself as an international destination in tourism and hospitality, thanks to significant investments and remarkable progress.
