Summer truffle cut in slices, preserved in olive oil, to taste at any time of the year all the aroma and the scent of freshly harvested truffles.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. Once opened store in a refrigerator at +2°/+7°C

Suitable for: appetizers, first courses, meat and fish dishes, eggs, pizza.

Food matching: We recommend using it with the hand-made pasta, elegant garnish for main dishes like a cut of Chianina beef or carpaccio of swordfish and tuna. The slices can be used to enrich white pizza made with mozzarella and mushrooms, or to make tasty the classic margherita.
