A delicious summer truffle cream, without the addition of other ingredients, only some olive oil.

Storage: store in a cool and dry place. Once opened store in a refrigerator at +2°/+7°C

Suitable for: appetizers, first courses, meat and fish dishes, eggs.

Food matching: Summer truffle paste can be used to prepare a cheese fondue, to serve hot. Diluted with milk or cream, is great for sauces to accompany beef fillets. Perfect for enriching a simple omelette.
