Our panettone is crafted with artisanal care and obtained from the very slow natural leavening of mother yeast. In this version our soft and delicate dessert does not have candied oranges and sultanas but semi-candied berries such as redcurrants, strawberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, all handcrafted to preserve the flavour, aroma and texture of freshly picked fruit
