Worked with artisanal care and obtained from the very slow natural leavening of mother yeast. Our soft and delicate dessert can be enjoyed by spreading our almond cream (created in our laboratories starting from the selection, toasting, cooling and grinding of the almonds) or naturally in all its goodness and delicacy. To make it even more delicious, the Panettone is covered with white chocolate icing and toasted almond leaves.
